The CAA stipulates a UAV flight ceiling of 400 feet (120 metres) in altitude and 500m in latitude. 

We can fly in wind speeds of up to 30mph gust, in a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C. We advise not to fly in wet weather conditions.  

 If the weather conditions change for the worst on your booking date with us, we will offer you the closest weather permitting day to your original date or alternatively,  you can choose a different date free of charge within a 12 month period of your original booking.

20 minutes per flight before we need to replace batteries and take off again, which normally takes a few minutes. 

We can fly inside as long as we have done a risk assessment and all hazards have been covered. 

People, property or buildings not under our control, a horizontal separation zone must be maintained of 30m while taking off and landing, and 50m during flight. 

This separation zone does not apply to clients or staff on site, they would have been briefed of the presence of the drone before flights take place, putting them under the control of the pilot.

Our pilots have a nationally recognised qualification – PfCO by the CAA. In order for us to be able to fly safely, we publish an operations manual which details the procedures and safety precautions employed in both the pre-planning risk assessments and onsite evaluations.

We are insured with a  specialist drone insurance company.
